Seattle in the spring is an amazing place to be and as always has a lot to offer. Like a morning spent at a local farmer’s market or exploring some of Seattle’s best parks. No matter what you’re looking for, there is always something that you can do. But with the holidays fast approaching, sometimes it’s fun to go check out the holiday lights. If you don’t know where to look this season, then we’ve got you covered.

Today, we’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite places to go when you’re looking for the best holiday light displays. Remember to check weather conditions and if places are open before heading out. 1) WildLanterns

WildLanterns at Woodland Park Zoo is an experience like never before. This year they’re offering brand-new lanterns and themed zones as well as some of the fan favorites. While you’re there, you can enjoy family-favorite interactive areas with illusions and games galore. And if you’re looking for a more sensory-friendly option, check online for the best nights to go.

2) Candy Cane Lane

The traditions of Candy Cane Lane started in the 1940s, leading to now where there’s plenty to do. Visit on the pedestrian night, where the street shuts down to cars. Or visit the merry-go-round that has a different theme every year. But most importantly, stop in to see a beautifully lit-up neighborhood.

3) Garden d’Lights

Featuring over half a million sparkling lights, Garden d’Lights is a perfect place to spend the evening. Check out the whimsical shapes of plants, birds, and even cascading waterfalls all set among the beautiful Bellevue Botanical Garden. Tickets must be purchased online, so be sure to plan ahead before visiting.

4) Zoolights

If you’re looking for a tradition you’ll love visiting every year, then you need to look no further than Zoolights at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium. The zoo is transformed into a colorful winter wonderland with over 800,000 delightful lights. Be sure to stop in at the giant Pacific octopus and don’t forget to hunt for Sasquatch on your night of adventure.
